Hello, I am Sofia – by profession I am a psychologist, a consulting psychologist and also a psychotherapist.
In my work with clients I use different directions in psychology, mainly Gestalt therapy, art therapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
I am also a Hatha Yoga instructor and in my work I also use Yoga Therapy (breathing exercises, meditations, asanas).
Using exercices to let go of the negative. When I run, it is where I find all of my best ideas.
I love to come up with new recipes and create new, interesting and most importantly healthy dishes, desserts.
